If your job function affects the safe transport of dangerous goods by air, you must have function specific training.

It’ s employer’s responsibility to ensure their employees receive the training.

In Latvia Rules Nbr 123 dd 26.02.2008 issued by the Cabinet of Ministers regulate transportation of the dangerous goods by air ( view PDF ).
